Residential re-development of former Inglis Barracks |

Allen Pyke Associates were commissioned by Annington Property Ltd and Countryside Properties to develop the landscape strategy and masterplan for the former Inglis Barracks in Mill Hill. With outline planning permission won on appeal for residential development, the landscape strategy provided details on landscape and open space in support of the submission for reserved matters approval.
Working with the design team, a comprehensive masterplan was developed that built on the existing context and the sound design principles of ‘placemaking’ in order to develop a scheme that will provide an excellent community for the 21st century.
