Visual Impact Assessment for Lingfield Park Racecourse

Lingfield Park Racecourse, LVIA (pdf)

A Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment was produced to demonstrate that improvements proposed would be in character with the surrounding landscape, within an area of Green Belt. It also demonstrated how the proposals would enhance views into the site. The ZVI was calculated using digital mapping data in LSS software as well as site work and the document formed part of an approved planning application.
