LVIA for conservation area in Gosport

Allen Pyke Associates were appointed by Berkeley Homes (Hampshire) Ltd to carry out a landscape and visual impact assessment for a residential scheme within the Conservation Area of Royal Clarence Yard, Gosport, Hampshire including part of the historic dockyard.

The zone of potential visual impact extended over the eastern part of Portsmouth Harbour to Portsmouth Harbourside, Historic Dockyard and the Point. 

Allen Pyke Associates Ltd worked closely alongside architects John Thompson and Partners to assess and, where possible, reduce the likely visual effects of the proposed development. Computer-generated photomontages were used to present clear findings for public consultation.
