Allen Pyke Associates have worked on a number of leisure related projects including, mixed use cinema complexes, hotels, golf courses, race courses and holiday parks. The landscape is obviously key to enhancing the visitors enjoyment of the facilities and ensuring they leave with a positive experience of the attraction. However, this needs to be achieved while maximising land value for the client and minimising disruption and inconvenience to the local population.
