Contract administration

Ensuring projects are implemented to a clients required standard is an essential part of the success of any scheme. Staff at Allen Pyke Associates are experienced in the monitoring of both hard and soft landscape design and regularly provide advice on the appointment of sub-contractors and selection of plants at nurseries. We are able to administer landscape contracts using the JCLI form of contractor to assist clients on-site through inspections of larger projects.
