Allen Pyke Associates are able to co-ordinate and input into Design and Access Statements, a requirement of all planning applications. We can prepare comprehensive written and illustrative information on the key elements of Use, Amount, Layout, Scale, Landscape, Appearance and Access. We are also able to prepare Design Codes.
