This is one of two palatial residential properties in the salubrious neighbourhood of St George’s Hill, Weybridge for which we are landscape architect, working in association with Opus Living and Fluid Architecture.  The site has a 6m level change from the edge of the large building terrace to the bottom of the garden which required  an imaginative design solution to integrate the large property in the  sensitive wooded hillside, maximise useable garden space and to create a sense of place . The landscape proposals include: Italianate terraced gardens, parterre lawns, a woodland grove and hillside woodland walk as well as a formal arrival plaza and opare’s courtyard.
